Security and Privacy
The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. All shipping and credit information provided to The Rot Doctor remains confidential and is retained in our computers only for re-order purposes. We do NOT buy, sell, trade, or in any way give out our customer’s personal information beyond what is necessary to complete a credit card transaction.

We are also careful to guard against anyone getting your personal information illegally. When you order online via our secure order form, your information is encrypted using a SSL connection. This is the same security used for online transactions at all major banks. We abide by all security requirements required by all major credit card companies. In addition, we regularly review our security to be sure that every reasonable precaution is being taken to protect your personal information.

Shipping Options
Shipping rates vary depending on the type of products ordered and the destination. Shipping costs are not included. When shipping hazardous products (CPES, Epoxy Cleanup Solvent, All Wood Epoxy Glue New & Improved, Fill-it Epoxy Filler, Layup & Laminating Epoxy Resin or Elastuff 120) by air, some extra fees will be charged.
All orders shipped via Barge or Air will not be shipped without confirmation on shipping charges.
All orders to Countries outside the US and Canada need to be for a minimum $800.00 USD worth of product.
At this time, Elasta-Tuff™ can not be shipped by air.

Return Policies
With the exception of Special Orders, which are not returnable, all new returns (unopened, undamaged) and refused deliveries are accepted within 1 year of purchase and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

NOTE: CPES, Epoxy Cleanup Solvent, All Wood Epoxy Glue New & Improved, Fill-it Epoxy Filler, Layup & Laminating Epoxy Resin, ColorCoat/Elasta-Tuff™ and Elastuff 120 are hazardous products, and as such must be shipped by someone trained in hazardous shipping procedures. For returns on ANY of our products please contact us for instructions before shipping.

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover/Novus. We also accept cash and money orders. Personal checks are accepted but shippment will be delayed until check clears. Sorry, no Purchase Orders or C.O.D.'s.
