Can WEST SYS epoxy be applied over CPES (after the usual scrubbing & sanding)?

Not only can West epoxy be applied over CPES, but since CPES has no appreciable amine blush, sanding is not required. All of our epoxies are formulated to have almost no blush, so sanding is required only if necessary to get a smoother finish.
