If one just wants to use your CLEAR PENETRATING EPOXY SEALER off and on, once the containers are opened how long can it be kept and reused?

Almost indefinitely. If the containers are tightly capped and kept from prolonged freezing, then it CPES will continue to be active. We're still testing a 1990 batch that works just fine.
