Hi Doc and friends,

The new core is laid in my Yellow Jacket and coated with a healthy dose of CPES. This sealer is amazing stuff!!!!! I know I will use it all over the place where I want to penetrate and seal. (My sons sandbox is the next project).

Question, I have one (1) healthy coat of CPES (brush applied, 2 qt on ~ 30sqft). Would you recommend a second coat and if so how long should I let the first coat dry before reapplying.

Thanks again for all your help.

P.S. I've snapped a few photos of my project and hope to get them off to you within the next week.

Thanks for the good news!

I think in your particular application the one coat is sufficient. Two coats would just start sealing the wood. Let the final coating product do that.

Pictures would be welcome! We can put the whole thing in our Customer Comments & Projects.
